Exercise: 80 minutes of cardio, 35 minutes of abs (I am telling you check out Jillian Michael's book (below)) Her exercises are awesome!!!! I am so sore after doing them.

Brunch: Grilled cheese on Wegman's lite bread, starbucks iced skim white mocha

snack: marcona almonds and babybell cheese
Dinner: will be Bruchetta Chicken in the Crockpot with green beans (recipe in cooking blog)
Im sure I will eat more roasted pears from last night (recipe in cooking blog)
