Today I was running around a lot, so eating was not so consistent...
exercise: weights and abs 50 minutes, 80 minutes cardio, plus walking around shopping
B: 1/2 Zone Bar, blueberries
snack: hummus and pita chips
went to a wine tasting and tasted 6 wines, so I am sure that added into the calories!
D: Arugula Salad, Tortellini with creamy pesto sauce and chicken, 2 big glasses Chardonnay
sn: cappucino and some m&ms
