sooo, I did well again today.
exercise: 45 minutes weights (shoulders, triceps), 65 minutes cardio
Breakfast: Luna bar
Lunch: scrambled eggs with black bean salsa and low fat cheese and light english muffin with I cant believe it's not butter, and skim carmel swirl latte from DD
snack: Apple with some peanut butta
Dessert: Banana and low fat cool whip
