I am somewhat proud of myself, even though I ate some halloween candy (it is miniatures), I was pretty good.
Exercise: 40 minutes of cardio (eliptical and sprinting on treadmill) and a few circuitsBreakfast: Light english muffin with cream cheese and a teeny bit of raspberry jam, coffee
snack:1/2 C Cottage cheese, mini snickers and mini nerds
Lunch: Lean Pockets Chicken Fajitas and a non fat fro yo (4 oz)
snack: Fruit smoothie (see picture) and a couple of almonds
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken (my fave) and steamed green beans and a glass of pinot grigio (crazy day)
