So I had the perfect Karen birthday today---I started off cleaning for 2 hours--which is funny, but anyone who knows me knows how I love to clean! Then went to the gym for about 2 hours (I am on a two hour kick), then costco, starbucks then ate this lovely little lunch (I ate a 1/2 Zone Bar for Breakfast) of 1/2 a Marco Polo Bagel (from Wegmans), with cream cheese, some cottage cheese and 3 slices of genoa salami with my skim, two pump white 
mocha! <----here is a pic of my bday cake---chocolate rasberry ganache---I made it myself...sike! Wegmans did!
